The Charles R. Chambers Award
The Charles R. Chambers Award was established in 1980 in honor of the late Charles R. Chambers who served as Director of Accounting Administration at Penn State. The Award is presented to two individuals in the Office of Finance organization: one exempt employee and one non-exempt employee. Recipients will receive a certificate and a stipend.
The Office of Finance recognizes those who have made significant contributions to the Office of Finance organization and University community.
Submission Process
Beginning in 2022, all submissions will be made using a Microsoft Form, located at the following link: Charles R. Chambers Award Nomination. Submissions will only be accepted starting February 1st through March 10th. Each submission will require the nominee's Penn State ID, three supporting references, and a single supporting PDF document.
